Camco's 4500 W 240 V foldback Ultra Low Watt Density water heater elements are better suited for areas with problem water (hard water, lime, etc.). Premium Ultra Low Watt Density (ULWD) Lime Life elements carry a limited 5 year warranty. This element material helps prevent lime deposits on the element sheath, and the high performance nickel-chromium stainless steel alloy gives it additional strength to resist dry-firing. The replacement element must not exceed the recommended wattage and voltage listed and the water heater nameplate.
