Eaz-Lift's Puck Style Adapter allows you to install a fifth wheel or gooseneck hitch to industry standard rails. The adapter mounts to OEM puck systems and is compatible with 2010-2019 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 pickup trucks that have an OEM puck system already installed. The adapter accepts Eaz-Lift Fifth Wheel Hitches (16k, 18k, 22k) (stationary and slider) (48623/4/5/6/7/8), as well as the Eaz-Lift Gooseneck Ball and Plate, Rail Mount (48554). A convenient split design reduces the weight of the components, allowing one person to lift, place, install and uninstall the Eaz-Lift adapter. Includes (2) puck adapter assemblies and associated hardware. Constructed of durable, powder-coated steel.

Eaz-Lift's Gooseneck Adapter converts most standard fifth-wheel trailers to a gooseneck trailer. This allows you to have the convenience of towing two types of trailers with only one truck. You will also enjoy towing a fifth-wheel trailer without having a large hitch taking up the bed of your truck. Eaz-Lift's Gooseneck Adapter features a locking coupler for a simple hookup and disconnect. It has a 30,000 lb. tow rating (7,500 lb. vertical load) and has an overall height of 12-inches. The adapter is easy to install and comes with all of the parts and hardware needed for installation.

The EazLift Gooseneck Ball Plate for Fifth Wheel Rails mounts to industry standard in-bed fifth wheel rails and allows you to easily tow gooseneck trailer with fifth wheel equipped trucks. It is rated to 30,000 lb Max GTWR (7,500 lb Tongue Weight) and features a 2-5/16” hitch ball that is 2” offset from center plus safety chain attachment slots on both ends of the hitch. Eaz-Lift's Patio Supports provide additional support to RV patios. They are compatible with toy hauler backdoors that convert into a patio and RVs with flat bottom slide-outs. Each support has a 1,000 lb. weight rating. Multiple pin holes and a threaded rod allow a height adjustment from 22-inches to 48-inches. The support base is constructed of durable, powder-coated steel, and the contact surface of the support pad is constructed of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), which will not mar the side of your RV. The Eaz-Lift Light Weight RV Tire Leveler allows easy leveling without using blocks or ramps. It raises a trailer axle up to 8-inches when fully extended. The leveler fits most 13-inch, 14-inch and 15-inch wheels with up to a 27.1-inch tire diameter. Made out of durable, powder-coated steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, the leveler features tire pads that are embossed for added traction. Ratchet wrench included. This product fits 3 bolt, A-frame style tongue jacks. It attaches using the existing 3/8-inch front bolt on your tongue jack and requires a 9/16-inch wrench for installation. Once installed, it holds your 7-way plug angled down to help avoid water damage.
